The Madison Cross Logistics (MxL) team is the outsourcing business which supports the consulting business to implement, operate and optimise clients end to end supply chains.
The MxL business has a very clear differentiator of bringing together true operational capability, ongoing consulting oversight and analysis to achieve lower Cost to Serve and higher Service Levels across the end to end supply chain.
The combined Madison Cross Supply Chain Consulting & Madison Cross Logistics teams take the activity from an initial review, through to key recommendations, a clear business case and detailed implementation plan. The MxL team brings its core Supply Chain TMS technology along with its deep relationships with a wide range of high quality 3PL/warehouse and transport operators to construct an optimal supply chain. This range of activities is delivered through our 4 stage model shown below.

As a leading, innovative 4PL, Madison Cross Logistics has invested in a wholistic, end to end supply chain and logistics IT co-ordination platform known as “SC Control Point” FMS (freight management system). The SC Control Point (“SCCP”) platform is a complete end to end technology which can co-ordinate across the supply chain from international shipping point through to completed delivery at your customer door / facility / home. It is integrated into all key logistics partners across transport and 3PL, with interfaces available for all key client ERP systems.
