Partner - Corporate & Business Strategy
Tony is the Managing Partner with Madison Cross and the National Practice leader of the Strategy and Operations Group.
Tony is a specialist cosultant in the areas of strategic planning, functional strategy development and operational planning with a special interest in e-enabled operations.
He has had extensive senior management experience having held roles including Vice President with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and National Practice Leader at KPMG Consulting.
Tony has led many large scale strategy and supply chain transformation engagements with major Australian manufacturers, distributors and retailers including global consumer products organisations.
Tony holds a Masters in Business (Marketing) and Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing & Operations.)
Partner - Technology & Transformation
Mark is a Partner with Madison Cross and the National Practice Leader of the IT Transformation Practice working in the Consumer and Industrial Markets, Financial Services, Utilities and Natural Resources Sectors.
With over 22 years of industry experience across the energy, natural resources/petroleum and financial services sectors, Mark is a seasoned business and IT Professional. He has successfully completed several assignments for Global and National organisations including 2 years as Programme Director on a global shared services project for the world’s largest Mining Company.
Mark specialises in IT Governance and Process Improvement and is a member and contributor to the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the IT Service Management Forum. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Data Comms) and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Management.)
