About Us

Our Approach to Delivering Business Outcomes

Madison Cross uses its proprietary “3 Dimensions” (3D) approach to delivering sustainable change and measurable business outcomes.

This approach uses a 3 phase approach (Direction – Design – Delivery) which highlights the need for a clear strategy and direction, but has a clear emphasis on the need for a viable detailed operating model and then a heavy focus on the delivery and execution of the model at the coal face of the organisation.

This approach underpins all projects which Madison Cross teams are involved in and has delivered significant strategic, operational and financial benefits results to all our clients in line with the desired strategic goals established at the onset of the project.

Leadership Team

The Madison Cross leadership team is comprised of senior, experienced professionals, who have been on both sides of the executive line management and corporate consulting environment.

Our team members have a balanced perspective on most topics and would be pleased to meet to provide the Madison Cross point of view on a range of themes.
